The Absolute Sound posted the text of their highly positive review of the Aspen FR5 loudspeakers in their “Best Speakers Under $10K” series. The reviewer noted: “I have to say, I’m really impressed with the sound out of such a small speaker in such a very large room…They are more dynamic than I expected from a small box, and I managed to fill the room with sound to the point where I could get the volume to uncomfortable levels.”

Other comments included: “I listened to the latest Cécile McLorin Salvant album…Her voice has a glorious midrange with excellent clarity on these speakers, and you can hear the richness that makes this music engaging…Overall, my opinion is that the PS Audio Aspen FR5 is an excellent value. In a medium-to-small room, you can really feel the visceral impact of the sound. The midrange on up is outstanding and well-detailed.”

Audiophilia.com chose the PMG Signature Preamplifier and the StellarGold DAC as two of their Products of the Year 2025. In their review of the PMG Signature Preamplifier, the publication stated, “I think they have already hit a home run with the PS Audio PMG Signature Preamplifier…It is impeccably clean and quiet, but it retains its unique personality to my ears, which to me makes it special…” They also noted, “A wonderful intimacy and presence of vocals and instruments were evident in the overall presentation, and a clean and pure sound was the norm. The bass presentation was at a new high as well, full-bodied, tight, and with superb clarity…Very highly recommended.”

For the StellarGold DAC, Audiophilia.com said, “The StellarGold sets itself apart not just in soundstage and imaging, but in the effortless way in which it delivers your music without a filtering glare, and even more importantly, without any noise or distortion. It’s a fantastic product from PS Audio, and I can’t recommend it enough.”
