I have finally joined the Nerd Squad if I wasn't nerd enough already.

In place of wires dangling from tiny speakers in my ears there is instead a shiny new pair of Bluetooth Nerd Pods—unwrapped this morning.

(No, I will never be the guy you see at the airport or mall talking to some phantom friend. I need visible evidence of speaking into a phone.)
