Prepackaged supermarket sushi is not high-end anymore than a prepackaged receiver and speaker pair are.
It's not that supermarket sushi isn't edible. When I am in a hurry for lunch, a good instore cucumber avocado roll works just fine. And when I am driving my car I listen to music. But neither can be considered high-end.
Sushi and high-end audio are all about hand crafted, curated, art.
