The problem with staying at home
…for me, at least, is the close proximity of the kitchen and, worse, the pantry. Arrgghh. Not much more than 1 year ago, after successfully following my doctor's instructions to "lose that gut" because I was borderline diabetic, I engineered a surefire way to lose weight and keep it off. You can read about it here. Over the course of about 8 weeks, I lost 22 pounds and felt like a million bucks. The doc gave me high fives and thumbs up. I even wrote a book about it, one that's so far helped a few thousand people lose weight too. And then, Covid-19 hit and I stopped with my normal routines. I was home instead of going to work and, once home, I started munching and snacking on everything and anything in sight. There's probably a name for weight gain during the pandemic. Time to take action. I reread my short book, The Eat Diet, and within two weeks I'm back to a trim fighting weight. It wasn't that hard and it sure helps me feel better. It's also easier now to keep that weight off. If you're in the same boat as me and decide to grab a copy, do me a favor, and please leave a review so others too may benefit. Here's to staying trim and healthy!
