What a lovely country. To date, New Zealand is the prettiest Terri and I have ever visited and populated with the nicest, laid back people on the planet (and kind and understanding to vegan and vegetarians). We were both smitten beyond words of both the North and South Islands.

We're back now, but miss all the great people and the easy pace of New Zealand.
