How many of us don't have a handful (or even a bagful) of handy tricks at the ready?
My guess is that all of us have our own collection of handy tips and techniques for making our stereo systems better.
I've seen it more than a few times over the past 50 years: recentering the listening position, adjusting the speakers, swapping this cable for that, a fuse, record washing, cable lifters, spikes and absorbers, even a simple change in volume level.
Over the years we can't help but collect tools, techniques, ideas, and equipment choices that have and have not worked for us. Tools we can (and hopefully do) share with the world.
How full is your bag?
