Here's something I never thought would happen in my lifetime.
No keys anymore.
My home's front door opens with a code, the PS Audio Mothership opens with an electronic entry card, and now my car senses my iPhone and lets me in.
Sure, I have a set of keys in hiding just in case…but, so far it's an amazing pleasure to have eliminated the metal bulge in my front pocket.
Kind of unnerving as I slowly get used to it…but the freedom it gives me is amazing.
Couple that with the loss of physical media and all we next need is a Replicator.
