The products listed include the AirLens (Best Music Streamer), StellarGold preamplifier (best stereo preamplifier), and the BHK 600 mono amps (Best Audiophile Power Amp – Cost-No-Object). About the AirLens, reviewer Greg Handy noted, “My goal now is to figure out how to keep the PS Audio AirLens in my system, because I don’t want it to go back.” The publication called the StellarGold preamp “a badass option that is really well-built at a key ($3,999) price point. They called the BHK 600 “very powerful and quite compelling.”
The Stellar Strata MK2 integrated amplifier and AirLens won Thumbs Up awards from Secrets of Home Theater and High Fidelity. The publication called the Stellar Strata MK2 “a very nice package…for $3,499” with “great” sound when listening to Art Pepper Meets the Rhythm Section. Regarding the AirLens, reviewer Jim Clements said, the sound…was almost a surprise it was so good.”
TheaterByte.com enjoyed the Blue Sky update to the PerfectWave DirectStream DAC MK2.
