  1. I thought those toroidal transformers do strongly radiate up and downwards (but not to the sides) when lying flat. So I thought it’s more critical than you described.

    Doesn’t this Shakti stuff manage radiation when sat on top of a housing?

    But I understood you don’t say there’s no radiation coming out, just that it’s not that critically soundwise, correct?

      1. Ok thanks, I really thought those Shakti stuff and other devices of transformer iron is not only for added weight and resonance optimization, but also to optimize magnetic fields.

        This is an interesting topic imo, as in my dummy theory, magnetic fields, if they don’t get out or are eliminated differently, must be captured within the housing, which seems not to optimal either.
