Unregistered products and products not purchased through an authorized dealer or distributor are not elgible for PS Audio’s extended warranty program.

PS Audio components are sold worldwide only through authorized PS Audio dealers in the United States and authorized PS Audio distributors and their dealers in other countries.

PS Audio provides a 90 day manufacturer’s warranty on all new PS Audio components.  PS Audio offers for purchase an optional extended 3 year warranty in exchange for completing a valid product registration.  This optional extended warranty is available for new products, when that product is registered through PS Audio with the serial number and name of the authorized dealer or distributor that sold it to you. 

This optional extended 3 year warranty is available only under the above terms and conditions.  The extended warranty is optional and sold worldwide in exchange for your registration information.  You should read your product’s included warranty card for detailed information on this policy.  Failure to register your product will preclude PS Audio from selling you its extended warranty.

PS Audio permits the sale of its current products on-line only through factory authorized on-line E-tailers in the United States and Canada.

PS Audio permits the sale of discontinued products through other channels without voiding the warranty as long as those products are registered as above.

If the company or individual selling PS Audio products is not listed on the PS Audio website, we encourage you to contact PS Audio to confirm whether or not they are part of the authorized PS Audio network and the products they are selling would be elligible for the optional extended warranty.  Don’t take a chance with your new product.  We stand behind our products perhaps better than any other company out there, but only if purchased according to the rules set up to protect our products, our brand and our level of service.
