Return/Refund Policy

The following only applies to retail sales, which includes phone or internet sales direct with PS Audio to retail customers. PS Audio offers a thirty day in-home trial, during which time we will accept returns on a product for any reason.  The customer will receive a full refund, credit or a replacement product. The only responsibility to the customer is shipping costs.  The thirty day trial period starts from the invoice date, and PS Audio may opt to extend the trial period under special circumstances, but only with approval prior to expiration of the trial period. B-Stock product does not qualify for 30 day in home trial.
