Even the very first product we made in 1974 came with a full money back guarantee that made sure if you weren’t happy, neither would we be; please return it.  This was “back in the day” before the internet and before other companies in our industry even thought about this.  We’ve been true to this promise ever since.

To accomplish this, we offer customers in the United States the opportunity to purchase directly from PS Audio. Our direct to customer program allows us to extend a full 30 day in-home trial period to every direct PS Audio customer who purchases an eligible product.  This same offer is also available from any of our online partners which you can visit by clicking here.

In simple terms, you have a full 30 days from the day you receive your product to try it in your system. If, at the end of the 30 day period, you are not completely happy with the purchase, you may return the product to us for a full refund of what you paid not including the shipping charges.

It is that simple and we’re pretty lenient on the details.  Bottom line, take it home and try it.  We want you to be happy.  There’s no gimmick here, just an honest, open approach to building a loyal PS customer base as we’ve done for over 35 years.

All direct sale PS Audio products are covered under the 30-Day Home Audition period. The 30-day period begins on the date of receipt of your product and expires automatically once the 30 days has taken place without a request for a return of the product(s). If you wish to return the product for a refund, please contact PS Audio’s Customer Service department before the expiration date of your Home Audition. Customer Service will issue a RMA# and provide instructions for returning the product. All returns must be accompanied with an RMA# in order to be processed. The customer is responsible for return freight costs. The refund is contingent upon the receipt and the inspection of the product(s) by PS Audio. The customer is liable for all damages of the product(s) and any refund for damaged product will be adjusted accordingly.

Any product returned within 30 days may also be used as a product credit towards the purchase of any other direct sale PS Audio purchase. The difference between the purchase and the product credit is payable to PS Audio or refundable to the customer. The product credit must be used within 1 year after the date of its issuance. The product credit is subject to the same terms stated above for a product refund.

Any direct sale PS Audio product may be returned after the 30-Day Home Audition period at a pro-rated amount for product credit only. No money refunds will be made after 30 days.
