That's got me thinking

After thinking about yesterday's post My next purchase,I began wondering why the PerfectWave Transport doesn't completely eliminate the problem described in the post. It should. It's a memory player. It shouldn't care about changing parameters, jitter, CD disc wobble. And true to its promise it reduces the effects of all those problems. But it doesn't eliminate them. To my way of thinking that means something else is causing the problem. My guess? The power supply on the PWT. As it works harder, it challenges the power supply more. Those demands could be reflected in changes in the output digital audio stream. I haven't any proof of this, but it does have me thinking. And that's usually dangerous to the new product schedule back at the ranch.
